Create your account on https://backoffice.vizito.be/#/page/register 

Enter the following information:

Email address

 

 

After account creation you will receive an email with a confirmation link which you need to click.

Or manually enter it in your favorite browser.

Install it and log in with your account credentials. During your trial you will be able to access all features it has to offer.

Log in to the backoffice website at https://backoffice.vizito.be using your account credentials.

You can now customize the app to embody your company. Use your own corporate images, logo.


Navigate to the General page on the left pane. 

  • host datasource: The 'Text' option is the default which allows the visitor to manually enter the host's name. The 'Managed within Vizito' option uses the hosts list which can be configured through this website. The 'Managed externally' option enables integration with your own ldap environment.
  • integration url: this should be a URL pointing to a json object containing active directory information. (only applicable when using 'Managed externally' option in host datasource).
  • agreement: here you set the agreement that will be shown when a visitor registers on the tablet
  • new visitors: enable normal registration pane for new visitors
  • registered visitors: enable registered visitors pane for pre-registered visitors.
  • default visitor type: select which pane should be active by default
  • welcome message: here you can configure which message should be shown to the visitor after signin in. You can make use of placeholders to show extra data.
  • notification language: select in which language the notifications via email & text message are sent

Navigate to the Layout page on the left pane. 

  • image splash: here you can set the image which is shown at the splash screen
  • image header: here you can set the image which is shown at the header of the sign in and sign out screen
  • splash video url: this should be a URL pointing to a videoclip
  • button color - sign in: set the button color for the signin button
  • button color - sign out: set the button color for the signout button
  • button color - language: set the button color for the language buttons
  • button color - sign in tab: set the button color for the signin tab
  • button color - photo: set the button color for the photo
  • logo: this is only relevant in a multi-tenant solution

Navigate to the Printing page on the left pane. 

  • badge printing: this needs to be enabled to make the badge template print
  • badge template: this is the template for badge printing. Any field can be used in the template by enclosing it with percent signs (%fieldname%)
  • print orientation: configure the badge to be printed in landscape or portrait mo
  • printer: when badge printing has been enabled, the tablet will request which printer to print on and show the friendly name here. It will ask this on the tablet splash page. It will keep printing directly w/o user interaction as long as printing is enabled, badge template is set as well as a printer has been selected.


You can also add additional fields using the App fields section. These will show automatically on the tablet sign in screen if configured as optional/mandatory.

Backoffice - configure fields allows you to show/hide fields in the backoffice overview pages. Such as the global visitor list, today visitors in, ...
